Josh has been amazing. Called him at 5.30pm with a worrying problem with radiator and he got straight back to me. I knew Josh as he previously carried out work to a really high standard regarding a heat pump. As he knew i was concerned about the situation overnight he offered to call out after he had dealt with a current emergency call out. He arrived at 9pm and stayed till the work was completed - 10.45!! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to remedy it and thoroughly explained every step and cleaned up after himself and checked all radiators were working!!
